  I called Wells Fargo to file a complaint Bernardine Brun was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable interrogating me like if I am some kind of criminal just because my ID is from another state or perhaps because my last name is Salazar Hussein ( and I am a Wells Fargo customer) she was asking me questions like What am I doing in Indiana Where am I going Why do I need the cash

  This office Branch has an awesome staff. The homemade cookies at the front door helps as well (little inside joke). Personally I think Wells Fargo Bank as a whole has some issues mainly in how they charge fees, but these folks run a office that is really geared towards the people that live and work in the area. I think the atmosphere/tone of this office (or any office) is set by the management. Any time I have had a question or concern the office manager has gone way above and beyond what many would feel they needed to do. This above and beyond approach is how you stay in business and how you can sleep at night knowing you truly strive to do your best for the people that are trusting you with their finances. I am not related to anyone there, nor have any close ties with them other than feeling that they work hard at their jobs and at connecting with the people they see. As long as they keep working and striving for this type of bond with their customers, this Branch will be my bank. Thank you all for always being there for all my families needs even if they are not finance related. * * * * * Five stars out of a Four stars rating system :)
